  7. The Bay Technology Apartment Manager is a fully integrated package with General
  8. Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Property Management modules. Each apartment
  9. complex can be treated as a separate company with its own profit/loss statement
  10. and vendor files. This way accountability to the owner is made much simpler.
  11. The package will support remote users via modems and voice grade telephone
  12. lines. All reports can be printed on a serial printer attached to the use'rs
  13. terminal. All resident posting is maintained for a two-year period and can be
  14. displayed or printed at any time upon demand. Rent and recurring miscellaneous
  15. charges are automatically charged each month. All security deposits are
  16. accounted for and upon resident move out a refund check will be written by the
  17. system, after a balance reconciliation process has occurred.
